Reishi Mushroom
Reishi Mushroom, also known as Lingzhi mushroom in China, has been used in traditional medicine for over 2000 years and has been sought after for the treatment of ailments ranging from those of the cardiovascular system to those of the nervous systems. It has widely been thought to increase physical stamina and overall health. Reishi has one of the most extensive documentations and histories in Traditional Chinese Medicine and ranks amongst one of the greatest overall remedies like Ginseng and Cordyceps caterpillar fungus.

Traditional and Modern Applications

Dosage
